When will I receive my order?
We do everything we can to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. If you order on weekdays before 2:00 PM and you live in the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered to you the next day. Do you live in Belgium? Then your order will be on its way to you within 2 to 4 working days on average.
For shipments to other countries, longer delivery times apply.
Once we have registered your shipment with DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking code of the shipment that is on its way to you. Consult this information to see what the current delivery status of your order is.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders that can be sent by us as letterbox shipment to an address in the Netherlands, we charge a shipping rate of €3.99.
For all orders that are sent to an address in the Netherlands and do not fit through the letterbox, we charge a shipping rate of €4.99.
For all shipments to Belgium we charge a shipping rate of €6.99.

How can I exchange or return my order?
Is the item you ordered not quite what you were looking for or expected? No problem, you can exchange and/or return the item by registering your item(s) in our return portal within 14 days of receipt via the link below:

By using the return portal you can return the registered items to us for a reduced shipping rate of €1.99 with DHL and we can track your return. Please note, the return costs of €1.99 are at your own expense and will not be refunded by us after processing your return or when exchanging an item.
