Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time

Our team will do everything they can to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. If you order on weekdays (Mon-Fri) before 2:00 PM, your order will be delivered to your home the next day in most cases within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). You can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Do you live in Belgium? In most cases your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 working days.

Longer delivery times apply for delivery addresses in countries other than the Netherlands or Belgium.

Depending on the size, weight and quantity of the ordered items, an order will be sent as a parcel shipment or as a letterbox package with the delivery service DHL.

Are you often not at home during the day or do you not want to wait at home for the delivery person? Then you can also choose delivery to a DHL service point on the checkout page. Your package will then be taken directly to the DHL service point or parcel machine of your choice, without it being offered to your home first. You can choose the service point on the overview page after paying for your order.

We take the utmost care when receiving orders and sending ordered items. Unfortunately, it can happen that an order is not delivered correctly or incompletely. We ask you to report this within 7 days of receiving the items. The delivery will then be supplemented or redone at our expense.

Postage costs

Depending on the size, weight and quantity of the items you order, your order will be delivered through the letterbox or presented to your door as a parcel.

For letterbox shipments and parcel shipments to addresses within the Netherlands, we charge a shipping rate of €4.99.

For all shipments to Belgium we charge a shipping rate of €6.99.

For deliveries within the EU we charge a shipping rate of €12.99.
