Below we share an overview of our working methods and explain what you can expect when you place your order with us, up to the delivery of the order.

Placing your order:

Ordering multiple agendas and planners for business is just as easy as ordering an agenda or planner for yourself personally. You can simply place the desired quantities in your shopping cart and complete your order on the checkout page. You do not need an account or prior permission to place your order with us.

Business buyers who need larger quantities of agendas, planners or calendars for their organization can benefit from a nice advantage: with an order of 25 pieces or more you will receive a 10% discount on the order amount. This discount is automatically applied to your order before you pay for it.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox almost immediately, with an overview of the ordered items. This way, you can be sure that your order has been received by us in good order. If you have not received an order confirmation after half an hour of placing your order, please check your spam box or your folder with unwanted messages. If the order confirmation is not there either, please contact us to verify your order.

Order processing and shipping:

The delivery of your order is lightning fast, careful and always provided with tracking. After placing your order, our team will start collecting the items you ordered in our own warehouse as soon as possible and prepare them for shipping. Your order will then be carefully and carefully packed in the shipping box and shipped with DHL. Your order will usually be collected by us within 24 hours of placing your order on weekdays and prepared for shipping. The vast majority of orders are packed and handed over to DHL the same day. As soon as we have created the shipping label at DHL, you will receive an email from us with the announcement that we have packed your order and the tracking number of the shipment.

With an average delivery time of 1-2 business days at DHL, you can expect fast delivery of your ordered items. Please note that DHL also delivers on Saturdays and in the evening.

During the entire shipping process, you will be kept up to date on the current shipping status through the tracking updates that we send you and the updates from DHL. In the emails and the DHL tracking page, you can see on which date and in which time slot the delivery person is expected to be at your door. Is this expected delivery time not convenient, for example because your company is closed? Then you can arrange another delivery time or day via the tracking emails and on the DHL tracking page. Due to this combination of up-to-date shipping information and flexibility, the chance of a failed delivery is extremely small.
