Read everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order and the legal cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) on this page.
Is the item you ordered not quite what you were looking for or expected? No problem, you can return and/or exchange the item by registering your item(s) in our return portal within 14 days of receipt via the link below.

By using the return portal you can return the registered items to us for a reduced shipping rate of €2.99 with DHL and we can track your return. Please note, the return costs of €2.99 are for your own account and will not be refunded by us after processing your return or when exchanging an item.
We recommend that you include your order's packing slip, or a copy of it, in the shipping box. This will help us identify your return.

For returns coming from outside of the Benelux, we advise you to use a regional parcel service and ship your parcel to the return address below.

Statutory cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
After receiving the ordered items, you have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. You do this by registering your order in our return portal within that time, or if this does not work, by sending an email to our customer service in which you clearly state that you want to return the order. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, see: model withdrawal form . Use and enclosing this withdrawal form with your return shipment is not mandatory or necessary, even without this withdrawal form you can rely on the statutory reflection period of 14 days after receiving your order.
After you have registered your order for a return in our returns portal and have therefore indicated that you wish to invoke the statutory cooling-off period, you have 14 calendar days to return the items to us.
If you wish to make use of the statutory cooling-off period (your right of withdrawal), the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the returned item or packaging is damaged or used more than is actually necessary to try the product, we can deduct any reduction in value.

How and when will I be refunded after returns processing?
After we have received your return, our team will start processing it as soon as possible. We will then refund the full purchase amount including shipping costs within 14 days, but you will usually have the money back in your account within a few working days after your return has been processed. You will always receive an email from us in which we will let you know that we have received and processed your return. The purchase amount will in all cases be refunded to the account that was used to pay for the order in our webshop, it is not possible to have the refund refunded to another account by us.
If the returned item or packaging is damaged or used more than is actually necessary to try or assess the product, we may decide to deduct any reduction in value from the amount to be refunded to you.
